We are not a traditional law firm. Not only are we diverse culturally and cognitively. We look at the law differently - we understand the rapidly changing business fundamentals and so we utilize innovative thinking and modern technology to customize legal solutions that are suitable for our clients.
Our founder, vision and more.
AH&Co. is led by Aki Matantilo Hlazo, a seasoned Advocate who previously was the Legal and Compliance Manager at one of the largest transport and logistic companies in Southern Africa.
Aki has also had years of practice, specializing in commercial transactions, civil and criminal litigation, conveyancing, contract management, and intellectual property rights.
Prior to holding the office of Legal and Compliance Manager, she headed the litigation department of a high-tier law firm in Zambia. Additionally, Aki also holds an LLM in International Corporate Finance Law from the University of Reading and together with her team strives to create a firm that appeals to clients' needs first.
